Remember the 2010 Scrooge Winner, Marsh?  It's time to choose another one.
The 2011 Party is our 10th Anniversary!!!  It will be held at the National Association of Letter Carriers union hall located at 54th and Keystone Avenue.  Tickets should be purchased in advance, and include admission, one vote for scrooge of the year, and hors d'ouevres.  A cash bar will be available.
